Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective bags are included.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Processing & Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
